Sommarnöjen develops leisure residences and complements to villa gardens in a new way. The idea is to offer small houses with great potential, designed by Sweden’s most recognized architects. These are five new houses of 15 sqm that fit into different contexts, for different needs in different places.

The houses do not require building permits, are shipped at a fixed price with warranty, and are available in different designs and with various equipment packages; as complete second home for two, with guest bath and a kitchenette, a sauna with relaxation, a teenage villa or as an office.

Originally, the Friggebod shed was designed for the book “15 kvadrat”, 15 architect-designed Friggebod sheds. The book was conceived as a reaction to a change in regulations. The new rules allow the Swedish people to build a shed of 15 instead of 10 sq m without needing a building permit. Author: Eva Wrede. Publisher: Bokförlaget Max Ström

KS1 and KS2 are produced and sold by Sommarnöjen.
